Every woman is the manifestation of the divine feminine essence. Every woman has an immense creative power within herself, which enables her to give birth not only to kids but foremost to herself in numerous new ways and thus let her new self enrich the world through her increased radiance, creativity and vibration.

As women we are all connected to an ancient female heritage, the world`s feminine wisdom. We were all born with natural womanly gifts and abilities but nowadays as duties and responsibilities of women are constantly growing, we often forget about our inner source of power and eventually lose connection with it. A fast modern lifestyle, huge input of information, fatigue and tiredness, emotional storms and mental chaos take away our inner harmony and peace - both would be so desirable these days.

The purpose of this class is to experience simple but powerful ancient practises to re-connect with our authentic feminine essence, to awaken our inherent gifts and inborn feminine energies and to let them transform and fruitfully enrich our lives. In a very flowing, feminine way will we get a beautiful, inspiring and authentic experience of our full womanliness.

For a harmonious and happy life it is important that our three centers of consciousness of female polarity are free from any blockages. We will free our heart center and dive into our natural flow of love and compassion. When the heart is open and filled with love we can release our emotions. Emotional fluidity is the key to sexual fulfillment, ecstatic experiences and the full blossom of our feminine sensibilities. We will use practises that help us to explore our sexual power, to open up our full orgasmic potential and to realise that our sexuality is inseparable from our spiritual growth. We will also activate the third center of female polarity in the mid-eyebrow area to reveal our authentic wisdom, to empower our intuition, and to enhance our gift of healing and sensitive feeling. They are all our natural gifts, which we can revive and amplify.

The final part of the workshop consists of practises to unite and balance all centers of consciousness and to reestablish our connection with our female ancestral line, with the world`s feminine heritage.

In this class we will use different instruments for consciously working with our body, our emotions, our mind and our spiritual potential: e.g. breathing techniques, female physical exercises, meditations, practises of contemplation, visualisation and concentration, spontaneous movements and drawing.

In the confidential atmosphere of this female workshop participants will learn to accomplish the changes they desire with love, gratitude, creativity and compassion. This class is especially designed to provide powerful practical methods to raise our feminine vibrations and to experience our truly womanly essence in everyday life.
