ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The structure of the Taoist "tree of practises" begins with practises like the Inner Smile, the Six Healing Sounds and the Microcosmic Orbit.
These three practises are forming the beginning part of the trunk of the tree of practises. Like in nature itself, where every strong tree also needs a strong trunk, we should also develop a strong foundation if we want all further Tao practises to successfully develop and flourish.
In this workshop we will learn how to connect with our life force through the Inner Smile, how to revitalise ourselves through the 6 Healing Sounds and how to increase and stabilise our personal level of vitality through the Microcosmic Orbit.
Over time these foundational practises should then become as strong and well-rooted as a full-grown tree itself. Eventually it is due to them that the way to further development on our path of self-development naturally opens.
In four online classes Daoist teacher Juan Li will introduce and review these basic Tao practises.
As the basics are introduced, and also clear ideas for daily application and further refinement provided, this webinar is suitable for everyone:
people who want to learn the Tao basics, people who want to "refresh", practitioners who want to refine their practise, and even for those already teaching, this event might be an excellent opportunity to experience Juan Li teaching the basics.

Prerequisites: Tao Basics / Basic Level of the Microcosmic Orbit
